The formation of religious and priests is of paramount importance in an increasingly globalized society. It is a great paradox that even after devoting a greater portion of our finances and personnel to formation, the efforts often do not become a catalyst for deep rootedness in Gospal values and total commitment. The changing patterns of social and family life are causing their ripples in formation houses too. There is a great need to re-emphasize our missionary commitment to the Kingdom values.

The focus of the course is: culture and formation, understanding personality and assessment of vocation, empowering skills for formators, mission trends in formation, media and formation, and formative spirituality.
