This programme is designed to impart managerial knowledge and skills to enable the individuals and communities to possess leadership capabilities. As leaders are always on the learning curve, this course attempts to explore the progressive principles of management with specific focus on self-awareness and to discover human relation skills in order to impact positive changes in the pastoral arena to initiate the process of integral human development. It helps participants identify the inherent leadership-talents to become inspiring leaders in challenging missionary-pastoral situations.

The themes treated are: motivation for effective leadership, general principles of management, gender and legal issues in pastoral context, Right to Information Act, people management and communication skills, aspects of financial management, leadership for effective pastoral management, and skills for youth ministry and community formation.
