Animators of such communities need to be skilled in tapping the resourcefulness and energies of members and channelizing them towards building up better communities.

The themes treated are: personal growth and empowering skills, facilitating community leadership and mission outreach, conflict and stress management, leadership in conflict situations, formulation of vision-mission statements and strategic goal setting.
