The call to be creative evangelizers and effective agents of transformation in today's globalized and rapidly changing context is most challenging. Amidst an increasingly materialistic, self-centred way of life and rapidly changing values of our days, we find a growing number of Christians turning to the Bible in their search for meaning in life and spiritual nourishment. Our concern is that the Word of God be better known, welcomed and lived as the source of love, justice, peace and integrity of creation.

The focus of the course is to help the participants deepen their knowledge of the Bible in a methodical manner, to steer their ability to interpret the Bible authentically, to enable them imbibe the historical values of Christian tradition, and to assist them to theologize in a manner relevant to contemporary times.
